Why does the KF7 and AR33 share ammo?
Wake[of]theBunT:
how did mudkip make it to the general internets?!

--- Quote ---the ARR33 is the M16, the KF7 is the AK47. They use completely different cartridges. M16 uses .223 or in the metric system version- 5.56MM, AK47 uses 7.62x39mm. The .223 round propels a lighter, smaller projectile packing less stopping power than the 7.62x39mm round, but better penetration. Trust me guys, I'm an expert in small arms.

Actually you are not a firearms expert. The 7.62x39mm round has much better penetration than the 5.56x45mm NATO round. The only thing the NATO round has on the 7.62x39mm round is velocity and long range accuracy. If you don't believe me watch this vid. http://youtube.com/watch?v=G6BpI3xD6h0
And like everyone else said, this is a game. I actually loved Goldeneye for having only a few different ammo types. It makes the game more about shooting your favorite gun than looking for it's specific ammo.
Jeron [SharpSh00tah]:
7.62 rounds that are shot out of the AK flip head over heel which is why its accruacy is shit. isnt the ar33 the civilian version of the m16 but without the carry handle and a different stock?
