Lots of different ways to do this. I've heard it all :/

You can go with the more vulgar approach and say "FUCK YOU" Or maybe you want to just laugh in their face with a little "Lol" Perhaps you can ignore them. Maybe you feel like like playing with the emu as others suggested.

I like to ignore them, and then just frag even more + the occasional "Lol"
