Indeed it is.  But, no one's questioned the technical accuracy of the model to a real life weapon.  Only that it isn't the device used in Goldeneye.

I think even just the handle coming off would make the model so much more Goldeneye 007.

Wow, it's very close to the reference you had. Nice work in that regard, but it just doesn't have a Goldeneye feel to it. Find a new reference and own it just as hard.

It looks very nice, but too realistic.  This mod is more Goldeneye rather than relaistic :)
